Who we are
HealthDaiily is the Offers Desk — an affiliate marketing page. We are not the manufacturer of Kerassentials, we are not BuyGoods (the retailer that processes orders), and we have no access to any order, payment or shipment. This page is an advertorial: we present the offer and earn a commission if you buy through our link, at no extra cost to you.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, a shipping fee, a bonus, or a guarantee term on this page is wrong or out of date, tell us. Include what you saw and what you believe is correct, and we will check it against the retailer's own checkout.
- Questions about the page itself. Anything unclear in how we describe the product or the offer.
What we cannot help with
We cannot access, change, refund or cancel your order. Once you click through to the offer, the purchase is handled entirely by BuyGoods, the official retailer.
For anything about an order you placed — shipping, tracking, the 60-day refund, or a problem with the product itself — contact BuyGoods support directly, using the details on your order confirmation email. We have no visibility into individual orders and cannot speed up or resolve a request made to us instead of them.
Medical questions
We cannot tell you whether a product is safe for you specifically or whether it interacts with a medication you take. Nobody at HealthDaiily is a physician. Those questions belong with a healthcare provider who knows your history.
Response time
This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. Corrections get priority.
